Facilitated Assessment
A guided diagnostic, not a survey
The Counterpoint Model™ is a 50-question instrument that scores governance maturity and enablement capability across five phases. In the facilitated version, we walk through the instrument together. Follow-up questions and clarifications shape the scoring. Shadow AI patterns, vendor decisions, and disconnected enablement efforts come out through the conversation itself.
After the session, we conduct 2-3 stakeholder conversations to validate what we heard. A single respondent can describe policy; stakeholders reveal what actually happens: competing priorities, workarounds, and the distance between intent and practice.
What you receive
A written diagnostic report: governance score, enablement score, phase-by-phase gap analysis, and prioritized findings. The report is built to be handed to your leadership team or board, framing where the organization stands and what to address first.
How it differs from the free assessments
The free assessments are 10 questions, automated scoring, and a general readiness picture, which is a useful starting point. The facilitated assessment is 50 questions with stakeholder input, environment discovery, and human interpretation. You get a diagnostic that accounts for your organizational context, not a score with generic recommendations.
Who this is for
CIOs, CISOs, and other executives who know gaps exist but cannot point to exactly where. You need a structured picture you can act on internally, not a vendor pitch.
Timeline
7-10 days from intake to delivered report: facilitated session, stakeholder conversations, written diagnostic.
